At this time we are only able to provide an exchange. Once the item is received and inspected we will be in contact with the customer. Please note that in order for the exchange to occur the original Fifth and Frankie product(s) must be unused, unwashed and unworn. Items including substances like perfume and/or cologne odors and stains will not be accepted and the exchange will not be granted.

The customer will have 14 days from the purchase date for an exchange. Please note that Fifth and Frankie is not responsible for providing a return paid shipping label to exchange said item. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Fifth and Frankie in its original condition for the exchange to occur.

We kindly require up to one to ten business days for the exchange to take place (unless otherwise communicated to you by Fifth and Frankie). The item(s) will then be shipped back to the customer by Fifth and Frankie.

Shipping:
Fifth and Frankie is working diligently to have your item(s) shipped promptly to you. Please allow up to three to five business days for tracking to generate and 24 to 48 hours for our shipping carrier to register the tracking information.

Duties/Taxes/Customs:
Please note that it is not the responsibility of Fifth and Frankie to provide payment for any customs or duty charges on orders.
